Triple homicide to not guilty: In addition to a triple-homicide charge, the client was also charged with special circumstances and gun use. The jury found the client not guilty of 1st-and 2nd-degree murder. The only conviction–for involuntary manslaughter–was reversed on appeal for the judge's failure to instruct the jury on self defense, a point Ms. McCamey had pursued tenaciously during the trial.
